Build training around your real week
Early riding opportunities, a demanding career and international travel can make a fixed training schedule difficult to follow. Your plan should account for the time, riding conditions and equipment you actually have available. We agree on a realistic week, then adapt it as circumstances change.
One coach. Direct communication.
You work directly with me, Jakub Pieniazek. I bring 15 years of coaching experience, including seven years at WorldTour level, with a career spanning CCC Team, Israel–Premier Tech and NSN Cycling Team. I also serve as Head Coach of the Polish National Paracycling Team. My experience with professional cyclists, Masters riders and executives helps me connect performance goals with everyday constraints.
Indoor and outdoor riding within one plan
Your week can combine outdoor rides and indoor sessions according to conditions, available time and the purpose of the training. We consider how heat, sleep and fatigue affect your ability to complete the intended work. The balance is adjusted for you rather than fixed around a generic programme.
Continuity through business travel
Planning more than a trip allows often leads to frustration and missed sessions. Before departure, we consider your journey, meetings, equipment access and opportunities to sleep. When time-zone changes affect readiness, training expectations change too. Direct WhatsApp contact and calls by arrangement help us keep the longer-term goal in view.
Based in Mallorca. Coaching UAE riders remotely.
Weekly individual planning and ongoing communication provide the foundation of the relationship. Personal meetings and in-person cycling coaching are available in Mallorca and internationally, including the UAE, by arrangement. Location, timing and scope are agreed individually around travel schedules and availability.

Can the plan combine indoor and outdoor cycling?
Yes. We plan around the equipment, conditions and riding opportunities available to you, adapting the week when they change.
Can we arrange a personal meeting in Dubai or Abu Dhabi?
Meetings in the UAE may be arranged individually. Share your location and preferred timing when you inquire; availability is confirmed separately.
